Nordic skiing enthusiasts can look forward to over 35 km of well-maintained cross-country skiing trails, where the enchanting Salzburg winter landscape shows its most beautiful side. The trail can be accessed only 1 km away from our hotel! Classic and skating styles are equally possible.
On the Großarlloipe, for example, you can start cross-country skiing right on the spot. Without any steep ascents, the cross-country trail takes you to the Kösslerhaus museum of local history and to Hüttschlag. Sportive cross-country skiers prefer, among other things, the Reitwiese, which is also snow-covered even when there is only a little snowfall. Along the approx. 2 km circular cross-country skiing trail, you will find alternating gradients and flat stretches. For younger athletes there is even an exciting cross-country obstacle course available. Two cross-country skiing schools in the village complete the exciting offer!
