Things worth knowing about our rates

All prices of the Bergzeit Hotel are listed per person per day, incl. ¾ board and without local tax, which amounts to € 2,30 per person per day (children up to age 15 are exempt from the local tax). We are happy to inform you about the prices for our single rooms on request.

The extra charge for short stays (1-3 days) is € 5,00 per person per day – but don't worry, once you have arrived, you will surely want to stay longer! For a booking including breakfast only we discount € 12,00 of the standard price. Prices apply to normal occupancy of two fully paying persons per room.

Each additional adult per room on request. Pets are welcome too! Subject to a small surcharge of only € 25,00 per animal per day, we will make sure that dogs and other pets also feel at home with us right away.

The booking process is child's play and uncomplicated – once a deposit of € 300,00 only is made, your room is reserved. 

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge a certain percentage of the total price depending on the time of cancellation.

If you stay shorter or arrive later the fully booked arrangement has to be paid. Cancellation fees apply at all times. We recommend a travel insurance.

Until 60 days before arrival you can cancel without any fees. From 59 days until 8 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the arrangement. From 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 100 % of the arrangement.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry are applied.
