All prices are per person and per day, including half-board as well as all fees for suitable number of guests per room (room “Hochkonig” and “Sonnblick” 2 adults, room “Großglockner” 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). Single rooms on application. We calculate 8 Euros off the half-board price for rooms with breakfast only. Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10am at the latest. Pets: 8 Euros per day without feed. Please bring a blanket/Basket with you. 

Cancelation fees:  The full reserved time is due when arrival is moved back or departure moved forward. From the reservation up to 3 months before arrival, the down payment and from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40%.  From 1 month to 1 week, 70% and during the last week, 90% of the arranged booking. In other cases the general terms and conditions for the hotel branch are valid (AGBH). Down payment: With a down payment of 200 Euros per room and a written confirmation, your reservation is guaranteed..
